Kevin Price Works with Sound Telecom to Make GrowCo a Virtual Phenom

In the process of preparing to sponsor and exhibit at this year’s Inc. GrowCo 2013, Sound Telecom was searching for something unique that provided value for conference participants. The company wanted to assist their growth and also attract people to their tradeshow booth; something to get noticed and make an impact. “As our management team was hashing the idea of interviewing and videoing participants, I was coincidentally interviewed on the Price of Business on 1110 AM KTEK in Houston Texas,” explains Michael LaBaw, Sound Telecom’s founder and CEO. “After the interview Kevin explained his ‘Star of the Show’ program. I was amazed at how close it was to what we wanted to accomplish but had no idea or expertise to pull it off. It was a done deal-we hired Kevin to join us at GrowCo and a friendship and partnership was forged.”

Sound Telecom’s booth theme was dubbed ‘Here We Grow!’ which was appropriate for an Inc. conference centered on growth. The company’s goal was to assist all of those who visited the booth to Grow! Not just by using Sound Telecom’s telephone answering andcontact center service solutions, but also by providing a venue where participants could respond to their company’s marquee, ‘Tell Us Your Story’

While participants were stimulated by keynote interviews with Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin Group and John Mackey, co-founder of Whole Foods Market and many impressive breakout sessions, Sound Telecom and Kevin Price interviewed on video, over 30 entrepreneurs telling their stories about how they grow their companies and why they were participating and attending the GrowCo 2013 Conference. Highlights included interviews with participants in the Inc. Military Entrepreneurship Program and the Branson Centre for Entrepreneurship.

Participants receive the interview in a video, podcast and picture format for use on their websites and social media campaigns as well as national exposure on Sound Telecom’s website as part of its Sound Telecom Entrepreneurship Series and nationally to readers of Kevin Price’s US Daily Review and listeners of the Price of Business.
